Went to the Bromley branch. Excellent customer service and very professional staff. My new hearing aids (Oticon) are really excellent! Really comfortable and very easy to use and fit in. Only been wearing them for less than a week and I keep forgetting that they are in. Being rechargeable is a real added bonus as no fiddling about with batteries or on/off switches. I cannot fault them at all except for that they are really small so I am scared of losing them. Added bonus in that as my work colleagues didn't even notice I was wearing them until I told them. As I am a teacher I expected students to point them out but not one has noticed.

Excellent home service with Tom Kavanagh. Thorough, friendly and very knowledgeable. Hearing test was in-depth and revealed a surprising but very good result. Great product range and overall a very positive experience. Felt very comfortable and able to ask as many questions as needed. It’s a free and well informed service. Totally recommend.

The consultant was professional and very helpful.
The loan of aids to test at a local coffee shop, was very helpful.

Tom kavanagh is exceptional at his job as a hearing aid dispenser for Hidden Hearing. He has been visiting my Dad now for two years. Toms patience and expertise is outstanding… My father is 88 and complains often and can be hard to please.. During a recent visit my dad praised Tom for the way he treated him.. with kindness and respect.. He said many people get irritated with Deaf people because they have to repeat themselves..But Tom is empathetic and never makes you feel rushed.. well done Tom for being an exceptional human being.

Arrived early and seen ahead of time. Hearing tested, filters checked, buds replaced and hearing aids updated. Well worth the visit.

Natasha Hollman came in early to fit me in for ear wax removal. She went out of her way to do this as the week before all the wax could not be extracted. She had no appointments for quite a while and when she saw how upset I was went that extra mile. She explained everything and showed me my ear drums. She made it a good experience. She is highly professional and very kind

Excellent. Service

After a not very happy experience with free NHS aids I saved up for the hearing aids recommended by Guy. What a difference. Far better sound quality, much more comfortable and don't have tubes which block every day. Just about fit and forget.

Rachel at the Bromley branch was absolutely brilliant. She knew I was nervous and made me feel completely at ease explaining every step and making sure I was comfortable. She was a relief and went above and beyond. 100% would recommend!
