I have to have my ears cleared fairly regularly and have tried both micro suction and water based treatments elsewhere before. This was my first time at Hidden Hearing and I can honestly say it was the best treatment I have received. Micro suction is much the best treatment and this time it was performed particularly carefully and gently. Justine also explained everything very clearly, again much more thorough than I have found elsewhere. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Have just had an appointment for ear wax removal with a wonderful lady called Justine ,she explained everything in detail and put me at ease right away.
She made the whole experience so simple and gentle,and made me feel very relaxed about it all.
This is one special lady who really enjoys her job,and I thank her for everything she’s done today for me .

The warm friendly welcome I received from both Helen and Guy the Audiologist at Bromley Brranch immediately put me at ease.
The in depth explanations from Guy of how hearing loss can happen in different circumstances and the help that is available was an education. After wearing basic NHS aids ( which I was very grateful for ) then being fitted with the correct type of aids for me I found to be an incredible experience. Thank you Hidden Hearing and especially Guy for helping to give me back this very important sense.

Firstly, I was made to feel very comfortable by the receptionist Helen who was helpful and friendly. Guy, the audiologist, was amazing. He explained everything so thoroughly and clearly meaning I finally understood my form of hearing loss, which I never have previously. I already have a hearing aid, but I do not find it that useful and rarely use it. But when Guy switched my trial hearing aid on, it was incredible. Totally different. I am so excited to start wearing it.

I visited Bromley today where the polite, helpful and very professional Linda Morgan persevered until the difficult wax removal was complete. She is very competent and comes highly recommended.

The audiologist was knowledgeable and thorough. He explained in clear terms what my hearing problem is and how to best help. He explained the various options and we decided to go for a small behind the ear aid in both ears.
I was given a trial pair and wore them outside and in a cafe to judge their performance. I had been advised to bring a relative so that they could tell whether I was hearing better. The difference was staggering. I couldn’t believe how much I had been missing. After five days I collected my aids and am delighted with them. I was pleasantly surprised that I had not been sold the most expensive pair but the ones that were most suitable for me. The aftercare is thorough.

I had a very positive experience today at the Bromley branch, the lady who removed the wax was gentle and explained everything really well and had a very caring manner. I also have seen Guy for a hearing test previously and will see him again soon, also very personable and knowledgeable and makes me feel at ease. I would recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone having issues with hearing loss. Thanks very much.

I have been going to Hidden Hearing in Bromley for about 15 years. My hearing loss is quite severe, but the excellent advice I have received from Guy, the audiologist, has guided me to the best hearing aids for me. Guy has always been very patient, always willing to see me if I'm having any difficulties. There's no pressure to buy, I'm sure because the service speaks for its. Helen, his delightful receptionist, is also very willing to answer queries, arrange appointments in between annual check-ups. A brilliant duo!

I went into the shop in Bromley to collect my new hearing aids. The service was as always excellent. It was friendly & time was allowed to explain everything. The aids are proving excellent in use & I have an appointment for three weeks time for any necessary adjustments.
In preparation for the new hearing aids I had two sessions of Microsuction at the same shop, also highly recommended.
