I have been using my hearing aids for six months and this visit was to assess my experience and consider whether any adjustments were necessary.
The service was professional, friendly and informative. The audiologist took time to explain things when required. In practice my hearing aids have proved very effective.

Guy is a vey nice person to work with & I'm delighted to finally have hearing aids that are rechargeable, because I used to find it frustrating when the batteries ran down at inconvenient moments. However, the hearing aids themselves don't really live up to the expectations I was given of them.

Attended the Bromley Branch of Hidden Hearing for ear wax removal. The service was excellent, Linda explained everything and it was all done with no fuss. She was very pleasant as well as professional. Thank you Linda.

The audiologist Linda Morgan was very welcoming & friendly and made you immediately feel at ease. She was very calm and thorough and explained everything as the process took place. My husband had his ears syringed by suction first and then I had mine done. Linda was swift and efficient. At the end of each process we had a hearing test with headphones and it was useful to know that our hearing in both cases was good.

The lady who carried out the hearing test was extremely competent and personable and the tests were comprehensive

Absolutely rubbish service. They booked an appointment to testing at home and they never turned up.
