From the outset, I was dealt with effciently and professionally. At reception and then the ear practitioner, Dee, communication was polite and informative. After examination, Dee explained that, on aging, some people produce more earwax which requires attention. She also explained very clearly what was involved and the process of removing the ear wax. I had two sessions and in both cases, she did it with diligence and, on completion, advised me of the aftercare. Many thanks.

I attended the appointment with my elderly father-in-law who had attended the previous week when he had wax removed from one ear, but needed to treat and loosen wax in the other ear and return for further treatment.
The clinician was very welcoming, professional and I was impressed with the caring way she dealt with her patient, putting him at ease and keeping him fully informed of what she was about to do . It was confirmed that the procedure had been successful - we were even able to view the video she had taken. There was no further charge for this visit, and we left with a follow-up appointment for a hearing test. We would certainly recommend this service.

A recent flight descent indicated a pressure equalisation problem in both ears that felt worrying at the time. Chichester branch were able to see me within 5 days. Dee explained the suction process clearly and only 1 ear needed treatment. The ear drum had not perforated. Hearing in both ears is screened afterwards and ear care advice given. Glad I had it done. I now understand a lot more about my inner ear physiology and why ear wax can build up as we age.

I saw Dee last year and again recently for wax removal from my ears. She is a very friendly lady and very gentle. She was very professional, explained the process she was going to do and took great care in removing wax from my ears. She advised on care of my ears with follow up if needed.

I went to Hidden Hearing to have wax removed from my right ear. Dee was friendly, professional and efficient. The whole process was quick and pain-free. A hearing test followed, which showed that my hearing is better than average. I came out a happier person!
