Excellent service, professional and as an ex GP I found Dee to be knowledgeable, kind and understanding. Can only recommend them highly and although it took 2 treatments to dewax my ears they only charged me once. Very reasonable prices compared to competitors too. Couldn’t be happier.

The business model that Hidden Hearing use is to be applauded, insomuch that so far no charge has been made for any of the consultations given.
What this means is that when my hearing has deteriorated to the point that i need a hearing aid, they can be assured of my business.
When the rest of the country appears to be so pecuniary this is indeed a refreshing change.
Oh, and the consultant who examines me is extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Having put off getting my hearing checked, I made an appointment with Hidden Hearing. The whole process couldn't have been any easier. I had a hearing test, which was done by a really friendly and reassuring member of staff. I was given really informative and good advice and help in the whole process of buying my hearing aids. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing as I feel they offer really great customer service and support. All the staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.

Hidden Hearing are oozing professionalisim. Having tried some of the so called competition I have to say Hidden Hearing were exceptional. They ask the right questions and listen carefully to your response before selecting the right solution to your challenge and that is just the start of their service. I believe they genuinely care to ensure they sell you what you need rather than something they need to sell to hit targets. Zoe and her team in Chichester are exceptional and as such are a huge asset to the business. If you have hearing issues never mind the rest, go to the best.

I submitted my details to be contacted for a free hearing test when the pop up appeared on my phone.
A very pleasant lady phoned the following day to make the appointment and there was a further courtesy call the day before,ensuring I knew the location of the business.
My daughter and I were greeted warmly by the receptionist,who made us hot drinks.
Audiologist Jon,was equally welcoming.He explained clearly and reassuringly what to expect from the visit.
Jon was careful to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process and outcome of the various tests.
I was reassured by the results and grateful for suggestions on how to improve my television viewing without relying on subtitles.
Hidden Hearing will contact me for a review in 12 months.
Jon also welcomed our questions and offered advice concerning my granddaughters hearing issues.

Absolutely magical. Compassionate. Caring and sympathetic to my needs. My right ear is nonusable. Sadly for nearly £2.500 for the right ear only... To expensive.... First the good news (you will be able to hear again) then the bad news.... So am I to stay death... Or can you help???????

I visited the Chichester Branch and saw ‘Jon’ who was incredibly informative and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand. He was kind and compassionate and took the time to make sure I was happy.
I have had the hearing aids he recommended for two weeks now, and all I can say is that it has changed my life. I can hear in Church, my choir and when I go out with my friends.
I was skeptical at first, as my friends have hearing aids from every other provider and they’re still struggling, but I can hear where they cannot.
I would recommend Jon any day of the week, and Hidden Hearing are a wonderful company to deal with.

What made my experience memorable? Well, first and foremost, the friendly and polite disposition of all the staff I came into contact with. This was especially true of Dee Hartman, the clinic's ear care practitioner. She was professional, informative, and wonderfully effective when it came to solving my hearing issue, and answering my questions. First class!
