Great service, my mums hearing aid wasn't 100% so they sent them for repairs, they gave her some temporary ones the next day, couldn't fault the quick turn around

Absolutly brillant..never been before to any testing.. with the brilliance, ,attitude , caring ,and very knowledgeable, Quality.of Waleed Rizwan..awsome service... And Excellent recepetionist friendliness and joviality good time had by all especially the wife.. her face lit up after finding out the differance her hearing world had compleatly changed for the better.. ..married for 47 years and i have finally stopped shouting at her....lol.. Called in to the Doncaster Branch today with an issue. Kathryn on reception listened to my issue, reassured me, and offered me a seat and a hot drink. The audiologist Wclead ( not sure thats the right spelling, do excuse it) , dealt with my problem, kindly and efficiently. What a lovely team, friendly, professional abd they get the job done.

Jen was wonderful, explained everything kindly and clearly. She carefully checked my history to ensure the procedure was safe and gave me advice for the future. My visit was everything i expect from a medical visit, clear, respectful and honest. I reccoment it to anyone looking for a audiologist

My hearing was muffled & my ears felt full. I made an appointment after reading great reviews about this place. I was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist & then met Jen. Jen told me both ears had hard wax in & eczema. Jen explained about microsuctioning & gave it a try but the wax was too hard. I was given drops, advice & another appointment in 2 weeks. I saw Jen again & she managed with a lot of effort, the wax was still quite hard, to remove the plugs of wax. Both members of staff I met were very friendly. Jen went above & beyond to help me. The place is immaculate & a really nice environment. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing, Doncaster to anyone.

David's knowledge and up to date methods are exemplary,I prefer to travel to Doncaster (from leeds)to see which are the latest model of hearing aids available to meet my hearing needs.
