Very friendly and helpful although could not achieve much as should have had wax removed before appointment. Now have to make another trip to Eastbourne for wax removal treatment.

I spoke to the lady in the office to make an appointment.I have limited mobility so I was surprised to learn that they do home visits. The lady was a very experienced dispenser came and gave me a test I was amazed when the aids were fitted to discover that I was completely deaf in one ear and limited hearing in the other.
She gave me a long time to fit
both aids and explained everything to me.
She advised the best ones for my lifestyle which were middle range
My experience was helpful and I will be grateful for all her continued help should I need it.

I attended an appointment at Hidden Hearing in Eastbourne today to have micro-suction wax removal treatment to my ears. During the whole experience I felt comfortable and relaxed. Greeted by friendly and smiley receptionist Gaye on arrival was a great start!
Belinda, who is very professional, dealt with the ear wax removal. She explained everything in detail as she progressed through the treatment and I was made to feel completely at ease. "Hidden Hearing?" I would highly recommend them. Five-star service!!

Hidden Hearing is brilliant. After a few years of other private aids and the inability to give me the hearing I needed for teaching, I went to Hidden Hearing. For the past 10 years or so I have had bilateral aids that are superb. Ben, the professional, caring and most competent audiologist gives one all the time needed. Gaye in reception is wonderful too and will troubleshoot small problems with aids on the spot.
Beware cheaper chains that often have technicians rather than audiologists!

The service was excellent and everything was explained in simple terms that we could understand.

My wife has recently been fitted with new hearing aids from the Eastbourne shop. The service provided was first class both Gate and Ben were very attentive and made the testing and fitting easy.

Hidden Hearing have been my hearing aid provider for a few years now. I have always found Ben and Gaye extremely efficient, friendly and accommodating. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I have never had an issue making an appointment to suit me. Only two days ago one of my hearing aids stopped working. I rang Gaye in the office and she took me through all the problem solving, which I tried overnight. However, it didn't solve the issue. I called her again today and she asked me to come in whenever it suited me. 10 mins later I was in the office expecting Ben to take over but he was busy. Gaye had a look at them and within 20 mins it was problem solved. She gave both hearing aids the once over and renewed bits and pieces so both had a good service. I wish more companies gave this kind of customer service. I would highly recommend this branch of Hidden Hearing to anyone. Thank you Gaye. See you again.
