Speedy rectification of my problem

Having had an invitation after 6 months of purchasing hearing aids from Hidden Hearing, Exeter, to go back for a review of how I was getting on, I had an excellent session with the audiologist Mike, who was able to give me some extra very good tips on how to optimise the performance of the aids. All this was done in a very professional, efficient and friendly manner

I have been using Hidden Hearing, Exeter for 2 years. The service is always very professional and very thorough. The Oticon hearing aids they supply are not cheap, however quality is excellent and service is superb.

The practitioner in Exeter is experienced and that is obvious from the moment one is welcomed into the surgery. His knowledge is first rate and the care taken in all the tests and application thereafter from the results was really helpful. Many thanks.

Technician appeared competent and was very polite, also seemed knowledgeable, but I got the impression he was a little too eager to sell me the hearing aids before I made up my mind. But then I know that is part of his job.

The appointment was made the day before as they had a cancellation. The audiologist Jack Turner carried out a very thorough hearing test lasting about 90 minutes. At the conclusion of the test he suggested Oticon Real 1 would be best suited for me. It is the top of the range and the most expensive. But there was no pressure to make an immediate decision and said he would ring us after the weekend when we had a chance to discuss it.

The team at Hidden Hearing are all extremely friendly, helpful and reliable and go out of their way to provide a professional 5* service

Richard (Exeter Branch) went above and beyond to ensure that my problem was solved, and that my request was dealt with in a very professional manner (even though he wasn't really supposed to be working at the time). His help in solving my problem meant that my Mum was able to enjoy her Christmas. Thanks Richard.

Appointment on time, and thorough.

My elderly mother bought hidden hearing aids which never stayed in . On seeing chime nhs audiologist we were told my mother had very narrow ear canals so should never have been prescribed hidden hearing aids .please save your money and contact chime instead of wasting thousands of pounds

What a hidden gem of place .. easy free parking nearby . Great staff and so welcoming and helpful. Was put at ease and all aspects explained. Suzanne the nurse cleared my ears totally pain free. I cannot recommend them highly enough ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had the wax removed from both ears this morning by Suzanne in Exeter who did an excellent job. She was friendly and took time to explain the procedure and show me the images and "videos" afterwards.
