The safe at Hiden Hearing are so nice and answer any questions you have. Gordon the audiologist is very pleasant and puts you at ease with all the tests he does on your ears if it's the first time, and can answer all your questions and problems you may have with your hearing aids. The staff at the reception are so pleasant and helpfull as well offering you tea coffe or a cup of water while you wait. Tim who removes your ear wax for you is very pleasant as well answering all your questions and putting you at ease

Very friendly and welcoming receptionist,Nicola,who put me at ease.I was really nervous as I suppose I was really in denial about needing hearing help. However,Gordon explained that most people my age would benefit from aid.He was very professional and thorough in carrying out various tests and explaining options.Going forward I am grateful for the follow up appointments as there is a lot of information about how to best work with the aids for best results.

Gordon Bruce at the Glasgow Vincent Street centre was brilliant throughout the process. He was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Being 32 years old and having to have hearing aids fitted was quite an anxious thought for me but he was really understanding. I love my hearing aids now and have gotten so used to wearing them, I forget they're there! It's opened up a whole world of sound I wasn't aware of so if anyone is considering getting hearing aids, I would 100% recommend.

When I finally accepted that my hearing was less than perfect the obvious thing to do was go to Hidden Hearing as my husband has been with them for 25 years.
I went to the Saint Vincent Street branch In Glasgow and the whole experience was excellent. The testing was thorough and the advice on what sort of aids would be appropriate was most helpful. I had no trouble getting used to the aids and find them comfortable and trouble free. It was easy to get help with any minor issues which arose in the early days and aftercare, with thorough annual check ups has been very helpful.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Hidden Hearing and the staff at Saint Vincent Street.
