The staff at the Hatch End branch were all very helpful and polite.
Mary explained all the tests that were carried out and helped to put me at ease.
There was no sales pressure and I didn’t feel rushed in any way.

I went for a free hearing test, as advertised, but was told my ears were too blocked. So I went away, applied Earol spray (as advised) then rang up to book a clean. I was charged £70 over the phone in advance of the cleaning service. When I attended to get them unblocked I was told they do not need cleaning, adding the 'Earol' must have worked! So I naturally asked about my money, I was told 'no as I had had a service', and was then told to be 'thankful they didn't need treatment'! After writing to complain I did get £30 back (less than half); I suggested why not a £20 deposit, then pay the other £50 when they are actually cleaned? They won't do this, I wonder why? £70 is a days teaching for me! I still feel robbed and will, in future, use an audiologist that doesn't take the money up front. Imagine if your dentist had the same policy?

Efficient professional company. Roopa the Practitioner very kind and patient with my 98 year old Mother in Law. Excellent result.

Visited Roopa Samani at Hidden Hearing Hatch End Pinner for micro suction to remove wax. Roopa was careful and performed the procedure successfully. The booking arrangements were efficient and I was seen on time. I will return for further treatment if needed.

The service I received from Mary Wakwabubi from Hatch End Clinic was excellant, I found Mary to be both helpful and kind in her aid to sort out my problem hearing, her after service was great and I would recommend Hidden Hearing and Mary to all my friends and relatives.

I contacted Hidden Hearing regarding removal of ear wax and was advised that as my local branch was closed for refurbishment, I could be offered treatment in my own home (at no extra charge), which I accepted.

I had my ears cleared of wax (elsewhere!) only four months previously and was disappointed that they needed further attention quite so soon.

A wonderful practitioner, Roopa, arrived on time and gave a very clear description of what she about to do and how she would do it. She showed me images of my occluded eardrums before and after treatment which was helpful and interesting. My wax (I use hearing aids which compacts the wax making removal more difficult) was extremely recalcitrant but Roopa didn't give up and won the battle!

Roopa put me at ease and was extremely professional, polite friendly and not least, competent!

I have no hesitation in recommending Roopa and know that I will be very happy to see her again in the future.

Khadisha visited my dad this morning. She explained the whole procedure very well before doing it. Very professional and friendly.

Pleasant and helpful. Always felt at ease.
