Wax removal at home

Excellent home service. Had a visit from Roopa Samani for wax removal. Very polite and explained very professionally. Highly recommended

Overcoming my concerns - excellent service

I had ear wax removal by Khadisha Walters. As I have suffered with Meniere's Disease in my right ear I was very worried. I have tinnitus and hearing loss in that ear. Khadisha talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions patiently. The whole process went very well and she kept checking that I was o.k. She really couldn't have been nicer or kinder.

Excellent experience

Had an overall excellent experience and interaction with this Hidden Hearing branch in Hatch End.
Mary is a very pleasant and competent audiologist who obviously knows the field well and has years of experience.
In addition I was seen on time and was given reassurance to all my concerns. The branch was warm and inviting, clean and effecient. Will happily visit again and return for future appointments

Very happy with the service provided by…

Very happy with the service provided by Roopa. As someone who has had their ears syringed in the past, I was a little dubious about the suction method, however the whole process was very efficient and seemed to do the job! Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding service!

I would highly recommend Mary and the team who have been very helpful and patient with my 89 year old mother. She initially had an appointment for a hearing test but Mary explained she needed ear-wax removal first. The procedure was pain free and successful and then was followed by a hearing test and subsequent fitting of hearing devices. As clients we were both treated with respect, kindness and understanding. We will be visiting again in 6 months time for a check-up appointment.

Brilliant service

Roopa at Hatch End provided a brilliant service. She was very friendly, patient and calmly explained the process. Great results and would recommend for the customer care alone.

Money grabbing woman with no respect.

This Mary woman made my mother feel very uncomfortable. She did not explain any procedure prior to doing any test. My mother felt very uncomfortable and she did not show any reassurance to deal with the situation. We are not coming back here, we felt very disrespected. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service skills.

Great service, friendly, expert people

I was looked after brilliantly by 'Dee' (Khadisha Walters). She's amazing. Friendly, funny, professional. Also very persistent - during my first visit she didn't manage to remove all the ear wax, so she saw me for a second and third time, at no extra charge. Bingo! Everything now clear. I highly recommend her!

UPDATED: Absolute joke of a company

UPDATE:
Changing from 1-star to 3-star because Hidden Hearing pulled out all the stops to schedule a home visit (which went well) and agreed to some compensation for my failed visit. I would have changed to a 4 star but (a) I'm still waiting for the compensation, and (b) they really need to move to a fully electronic booking system and not be so reliant on postal confirmations.

ORIGINAL: Absolute joke of a company. On the day I show up, their own admin employee admits that their schedule had been messed up (i.e. all the appointments for 3 consultants had been overlaid onto one single schedule). She admitted that I had (confusingly) been contacted by the wrong branch (Hatch End) a week prior to confirm the appointment, and that I should have received a confirmation call 48 hours prior too (which I didn't). Even then, I turned up at the right address for my appointment (509 Centennial Park) only to not be able to find any signage for the company at all! Never-the-less I tried to buzz into the "Medical Centre" which I assumed they were located in, but no-one answered. It turned out that the consultant saw me outside but took his time finishing up with other work. I tried finding a phone number to call on but none was listed so I called the number I received a call from a week earlier (Hatch End). No-one picked up so I left a message and headed over there. Eventually the receptionist/administrator (Avril) tried to organise for me to see the consultant (Ammad J) at some point in the afternoon, either on-site, or as part of the home visits he was doing, but he refused. Complete waste of time that I had spent logistically organising everything to be able to attend, and then a waste of time on the day itself. I won't be bothering with this company again

Welcome by Rupa and Surindarpal Sidhu

Welcome by Rupa and Surindarpal Sidhu. Surinderpal with the help of Rupa checked my hearing Drums Which they siad is OK.Then Surinderpal checked my hearing ability with few cnanges and there was nothing to worry about.
And he said that he will review again in 6 months time. He was very good in assesing my hearing ability.
