My wife and I were greeted very warmly and looked after by Bronwyn?the lovely receptionist who was first class.
We met Joe for rhe first time..who was so pleasant and kept us fully informed about what he was doing during the tests and why.I have had quite a few tests now and Joe was the first to show diagrams
and fully explain what and how deafness occurs.So a really satisfying and pleasant visit.

Joe was friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble for him.

Reception was good. Coffee and a biscuit offered. Appointment was on time. Very thorough and very professional, knowledgeable about the product too which always helps with the confidence in their suggestions for improvements to my hearing aid experience.

Alex is a very competent person who speaks very clearly and logically. He gave me tests which challenged me more than in the past especially bringing in outside noise. I was convinced that he had diagnosed my deteriorating hearing condition very well and was motivated to buy the latest hearing aids. Not only that, but he is prepared to follow up their installation in the future. I welcome the continuity of having Alex involved with my hearing

I was a little annoyed to have an email and a text and a phone call reminding me of my appointment but I appreciate there are probably a lot of no shows. I was pleased that my hearing was reasonable for my age so I was not pressured into buying hearing suds that are not yet necessary.

Help given was great!

I had virtually lost all hearing in my right ear owing to a build up of wax. I was most grateful to get an appointment within 48 hours and I walked out again within the hour as right as rain. The use of cleverly adapted iPhone technology for diagnosis and treatment is really impressive and Roopa, who looked after me, was kind, gentle and patient with my many questions. I don't think I have any immediate need for a permanent hearing aid but I shall certainly go back again in six months for a check up and, if required, another micro-suction session
