Took my mother for ear wax removal in high Wycombe branch. Roopa was excellent - explained the process clearly and was very friendly, putting my mum at ease. Thank you.

I had ear wax removed today by Rosa Samani.
The procedure was carried out in a very professional manner with all stages clearly explained.
Having followed the pre appointment advise to use Earol the wax was easily and quickly removed from both ears.
The hearing assessment didn’t go so well, hence only 4*. The mobile phone used to record my responses to the test sounds didn’t like being touched in the wrong place. The first time the test was recovered but the second time the system ‘crashed’ and the test had to be abandoned. High tech and older people are not always a good combination!

I had an appointment with Roopa Sammani put me at ease and made the experience nice I found her a wealth of knowledge I will definitely use again

The process was easily and speedily completed as a consequence of her obvious knowledge and professional capability , together with her friendly attitude which made for a pleasant experience. I recently visited Hidden Hearing for earwax removal as I had lost hearing in one ear. Roopa Samani extracted a lot of wax and has definitely improved my hearing. She has referred me to my own doctor for a final check. Roopa was very understanding with my problem and I have nothing but praise for the treatment she carried out.

Appointment was 5 star, would have appreciated guidance on location and parking, which was requested, but not received.

This was a regular check up appointment. However, it was with a new audiologist, Ryan, who has replaced my usual audiologist following her retirement. The appointment went very well and I could not fault Ryan's approach and techniques. He was polite, interested and professional in every way. I was totally satisfied with the handling of my appointment and look forward to the next one.
