Visited hidden hearing in Hull yesterday with the problem been wax stuck deep down in my right ear. Mandy was very informative during my appointment and resolved the issue straight away. Great service and would highly recommend if you have any problems with your ears.

Very impressive experience. Mandy was very welcoming and put me at ease immediately. The treatment for ear wax blockage was completely comfortable and successful - made a big difference to everyday life! I will be returning for checkups. The admin ie appointments and reminders is very efficient. I recommend Hull's Hidden Hearing wholeheartedly!

Just had my ear wax removed from both ears never had done before it was very good experience could hear better afterwards the Ear practitioner was called Mandy Taylor waht a loverly lady made me feel relaxed

I found hidden hearing from a Google search in my local area. I have never needed an ear wax removal before so I was a bit anxious and didn’t know what to expect. I paid £50 for both ears which after a few quotes was the cheapest. I was late for my appointment and the call staff was really helpful and understanding. Mandy was really educated and made me feel at ease during the appointment. She explained everything in detail with care and attention. I would highly recommend. Thank you Mandy Taylor you’re a lovely lady.

Mandy was very thorough, gave a detailed explanation before the procedure and continued to explain what was happening throughout the wax removal process. Friendly greeting on arrival and departure. This is the third venue I have used over the last few years for wax removal and definitely reythis one!

Mandy (Hull) was excellent she persisted in removing the wax from my ears although it was a bit of a struggle at times

My review is based on not knowing the price until the very end.
Also I would like to know a little more about the manufacturer and its range of hearing aids.
But I must mention that the presentation was very good indeed.

Mandy from the hull branch was so lovely and caring if I had to go back I would definitely go without hesitation 5 star service.

The Hearing test was very good and well explained the issue was the costs for the hearing aids and should have maybe explained the costs when booking the test

The consultant was great. He explained everything really clearly and was obviously skilled. Nice environment, easy too make the appointment and I understood my options clearly.

Mandy is totally professional in the service provided by hidden hearing. You know what is happening every step of the way; totally painless and pretty quick really. Well done Mandy.

The Receptionist was more than helpful and what a pleasure to be greeted with such kindness.
Then onto my hearing test with Ben, he explained everything fully and again I felt so at ease as I just didn’t know what to expect. Overall I would recommend this clinic to everyone and anyone, on street parking, easy access and an excellent service. I will definitely be going back.

All staff are helpful , polite and knowledgeable. The whole process was explained very clearly and step by step. Definitely will return when needed and would recommend 100%. Excellent.

Grace, the receptionist at Hidden Hearing (Hull City Centre) was very friendly / welcoming. Mandy (the lady who I’d had my appointment with) was absolutely brilliant! She was very friendly / caring. She’d explained everything to me before my appointment, putting me at ease & was chatty during my appointment. VERY positive experience with Hidden Hearing, no complaints whatsoever.

I went to Hidden Hearing in Hull and was treated by a lovely, kind and patient ear care practitioner called Mandy. My wax was really hard to get out Mandy explained every step to make sure I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend Mandy to anyone having hearing problems. Have booked in for six months time
