Staff have plenty of patience. Always polite and helpful.

The admin team were very efficient when talking me through the claim process and the written quote arrived the next day.
A member of staff (Emma) came out on a home visit to see my father after he had been in hospital having had a fall and broken his hip, while in hospital they lost his left hearing aid. Emma was just brilliant, she was very professional with her approach to both her computer work (hearing test) and talking to my Father who was quite nervous. The whole team have been very helpful from the start - Thanks

Had my ears removed of wax today, Tracy Stuart is excellent and put me so much at ease with the procedure, she talked me through every step of the process. She is a real credit to the company!! Thank you!!

The Audiologist who came to my home was brilliant, and I was happy to proceed.
However I was referred for a de-waxing session first at the cost of £50.
However I was then told that because I had undergone a mastoid operation when I was a child they could not help. I should have been asked prior to forking out money upfront for nothing to be done !

I had wax removal by Tracy in Inverness branch and cannot recommend the service I received highly enough. Tracy was kind, gentle and extremely thorough. No one should be afraid to have this procedure done.

From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and offered a seat and a coffee. First impressions are so important especially when you’re a little apprehensive. I was seen straight away by Ear Care Practitioner Tracy who was professional, caring and just lovely. Tracy put me at ease taking time to explain the procedure and to give me invaluable guidance. This was my first visit to Hidden Hearing in Inverness and I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Have had four visits to the Hidden Hearing office in Inverness in the past month and cannot rate the service I received there highly enough.
The staff I interacted with were Kevin on reception, Tracy who removed wax from my ear and the wonderful Agatha who carried out all the necessary hearing tests and fitted me with the two aids which have transformed my life.
All the staff were polite, helpful and took adequate time to explain what was happening at all times.
Agatha in particular was extremely patient with me as I got to grips with wearing two hearing aids. Her explanations were clear and often seasoned with some humour.
It was always a pleasure to walk through the door of the office and feel I was in expert capable hands.
To anyone considering going along to Hidden Hearing to have their hearing checked out…do it, you won’t regret it and it could be life changing if you are often struggling to hear as I was.

After an excellent, and well-needed ear wax cleanout by their resident lady specialist, whose name I forget, it was good to get a not bad result from Neil Bradshaw's hearing test. Knowing the staff so well over the years has been a great help and can get the craic with all of them too

I had a routine check up on my hearing and was the best experience I had with Hidden Hearing since I got a hearing aid from them. The appointment was with Agata, at the Inverness branch. Agata was very helpful, very knowledgeable and professional, she helped me with some issues I had with the hearing aid. I will be looking for future appointments with her, thank you very much.
