Most grateful thanks to Tracy in Inverness sector of "Hidden Hearing" for her most proactive care and such comfort to me during the removal of wax from my ears .I was worried initially as I'd only ever had syringing done previously (which I hated! )but she reassured me each step of the way before , during and after my new experience of micro suction which is so much gentler and less invasive than syringing . If I get ear wax problems ever again I'll have the micro suction done . Wish I'd found it years ago . Thankyou Tracy for all your support .

I came for an ear wax removal having previously been to Specsavers who were useless. Tracy at Hidden Hearing talked me through everything and gave me good advice. A very professional and personable experience. Kevin on the front desk was approachable and friendly too.

Attended Hidden Hearing in Inverness to have ear wax removed. Tracey and Teresa gave me 5 star treatment and explained the whole procedure to me. It made a massive difference to my hearing. Delighted with results.

I was listened to but still am not too happy with the results of the consultation. It is fine one to one, but the background noise is still much too loud it was difficult to hear my companion talking.

Visited Inverness branch for ear wax removal. Very friendly staff . And hearing practitioner was extremely competent . Procedure carried out with little fuss .

Teresa made the whole dewaxing procedure feel very safe. She explained clearly what was going to happen and why with lots of humour. She showed me before and after pictures and advised me about future ear care. A totally excellent service.

Just had my second appointment for wax removal at Hidden Hearing - Inverness. The Ear Care Practioner Kirsty Cant, talked me through the process and was extremely professional and polite throughout. The end result was perfect hearing and such a relief! Would definitely recommend it and would score ten out of ten if I could.

My appointment was for ear suction to remove wax . Teresa Lawrence was extremely caring . The procedure took much longer than expected and she stayed on well after the time she usually finishes work so that I wouldn’t need to return another day.

Very professional service. Friendly people and everything explained clearly.

Everything well organised, polite efficient service with good advice. Covid prevention well adhered to. A polite reminder before appointment which is much appreciated. Although I was held up in traffic and a few minutes late still managed to cover all requirements in time.

No complaints about the actual hearing test or the centre itself. Always friendly and helpful. Was concerned however about the 'hard sell' to buy new hearing aids on the actual test day. A figure of over £3000k is a bit much to take a decision on at such short notice, especially when the discount was due to expire on the next day! One would have expected some advance warning given that I am a customer of over 20 years standing. I would also have thought that such customers would be offered more than a 15% discount every time they require new aids.
