Always a great appointment at Hidden Hearing. Seen by Elaine T Norris who is always extremely pleasant and goes through everything in a professional way and never forgets to ask you if you understood all that was said.
Lytham St Anne’s is where I choose to go and have never been disappointed.

Had my regular annual check up and service. Been with Hidden Hearing for 12 years and have been very satisfied. Service excellent as usual with an adjustment made to my aids. My hearing loss is now serious so I appreciate that I can always get a check up if I feel it's necessary between annual appointments

I had an appointment at Hidden Hearing in Lytham with Elaine T. Norris. From the moment I walked in, everything felt very professional. I learned a lot about the structure of the ear, which helped me understand the test results much better afterwards. They tested how well I could hear different frequencies, and they also used a small camera to check the condition of my eardrum and the amount of earwax. I highly recommend having a hearing test, as it’s something everyone should do and at Hidden Hearing it’s completely free.

Every member of staff was very welcoming,I was welcomed with a nice hot cup of coffee by Glynnis the receptionist on what was a very cold day and then welcomed by Elaine the audiologist for my hearing test which I must say was very thorough and performed in a very profesional way, from the girl who did wax removal right through to the hearing test was a very plesant and enjoyable experience. Thank you team Lytham St Annes.

I suffer with severe tinnitus sustained during my time in the RAF working on aircraft and after having a conversation with Tom Maryan about the difficulties hearing in a busy and loud environments, I decided to get a set of hearing aids. Since I began using them, hearing and having a conversation has been remarkably easy, they allow me to hear clearly what the people in front of and around me are actually saying. I no longer feel isolated and am able to join in with the conversations which I was unable to do previously.
I honestly cannot believe the difference it has made to me, and would urge anyone who suffers with tinnitus to seriously consider speaking to the staff at Hidden Hearing.

The appointment was extremely helpful and everything explained simply.
The hearing aids I tried on were very comfortable and could hear very clearly straight away.
The only thing I wasnt prepared for was the cost
