Pauline and I visited Justine today at the Maidstone centre.
Justice has a very pleasant and caring disposition and was very thorough in her examination of our ears before we both had wax removal treatment. Every step was clearly explained. Thank you Justine.

I visited the Maidstone branch and was warmly welcomed. I barely sat down when I was greeted by Justine who was to carry out my ear wax removal and hearing test, she put me at ease straightaway and explained everything thoroughly, she also had a great sense of humour which was great. The procedure was quick and painless. I came away feeling much better. Highly recommend.

An excellent audiologist who listened carefully and carried out a thorough examination and hearing test. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the options for renewing my hearing aids without me feeling pressured into anything.

My partner and I were really impressed by the comprehensive hearing test that he received and the level of professionalism, care and understanding provided by Darren at the Maidstone branch of Hidden Hearing. Thank you so much, this is definitely going to change our lives!

My husband has been a client here for 3 years. Always receives the best of service from Darren ( audiologist) and Lucy (reception). Recently we bought a tv adapter to work in conjunction with hubby’s hearing aids - wow! What a difference it makes. I can hear at the level I want ( I don’t have hearing loss) and hubby has sound streamed. Great recommendation from Darren. Ordered through him and received in post. Thank you!

Helpful, well explained

An excellent presentation, and she handled my wife well (she has dementia). The only comment I can make is that she could start with prices at the bottom end of the range rather than the top!! £6000 is a lot to pay for a hearing aid!!

My wife and I both had seriously blocked ears. Justine did a brilliant job of clearing them causing no pain or discomfort.
