The lady my mum saw was very nice very helpful very careful throughout the examination unfortunately she was on her own and had to keep going to the shop door to help people apparently the receptionist was given the day off which was not a good idea unprofessional!!

Sam was my consultant for my hearing test. I felt relaxed at the outset as Sam explained exactly what the test included and what any potential outcome could be. Each stage was not rushed at all and each test was different and through. I was given the opportunity to try hearing aids immediately based on my hearing loss test results which was quite extraordinary and amazingly was an instant improvement.

Sam talked me through options and even coloured ear pieces to choose room. No sales pressure, just a follow up courtesy call the next day. Great service and would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

I’ve now had my Hearing aids for one year. I cannot speak highly enough regarding the professional service I have received from the Maidstone branch. Sam Livingston’s initial testing, fitting and the follow up was first class, attentive and clear at every stage. My first visit to Hidden Hearing in Maidstone. I would definitely recommend this shop; I was made to feel very welcome and he explained everything very clearly. He was very thorough and took his his time to ensure everything was done correctly.

Hidden hearing have shown great support for me during my hearing loss journey. Yes it costs money, but there is no greater quality than living life to the full and your hearing is a massive part of that.
I would especially like to thank Samatha for her kindness, compassion and honesty over the last year or so,resulting in me purchasing a new set of aids of which has completely changed my involvement in everyday life and therefore improved the overall quality of my life.

I went in for a check up as I thought I was struggling with my hearing
Never having it done before I was very nervous not knowing what to expect but Justine was very knowledgeable and relatable she guided me through the whole process and put my mind at ease turns out there was nothing to worry about it didn’t hurt at all and put my mind at ease after having my ears cleaned and hearing tested. And told I’m totally normal and nothing to worry about.
Can’t recommend hidden hearing enough and Justine is brilliant

I joined Hidden Hearing over 8 years ago and it's been trouble free. I now have the aids that I need and have very much enjoyed the discussion of which direction to take. This is made to measure audiology for me. I tell Darren what I need and he produces it...and he does not try to sell me something that he know I do not want.
Please Darren, don't leave because I'm very fussy as to whom I do business with!
