Sam was very pleasant and informative and professional and the test was excellent

Everyone has been very professional and helpful throughout my recent visits. Katie and Lucy on reception and Sam my audiologist who has been truly a very knowledgeable and professional person. She took time to understand my needs and advised me of my options I can now hear sounds that I’ve forgotten what they sound like.

Great service at this branch! Made to feel welcome immediately I walked in by the young lady at reception and was also offered a great cup of coffee. Proper old school customer service. Then taken to meet Justine who looked after me. Again made to feel comfortable and was asked a number of questions to establish the exact issue. Justine actually listened and asked more probing questions ( nhs take note! ) Justine really is an expert in her field and also loves her job. Nothing was too much trouble and I was made to feel at ease. I felt safe knowing that she would get to the bottom of my complaint which she did! I walked out of the branch very happy and my hearing had returned to optimum levels!! …….. ps…. They need a pay rise!!! Both members of staff I met were a credit to HH!!

I took my friend to have his ear wax removal by justine she was amazing, friendly and professional, she made my friend feel very comfortable and she let me watch the process up close she was very patient as he had quite hard wax build up and let him know everything that was going on through the process, the practice itself is very clean and staff are fabulous.

Visited the Maidstone branch for ear wax extraction. Justine did a fantastic job at explaining the procedure and managed to remove 20 years of ear wax build up. Justine made me feel relaxed and did a great job at being careful and attended to all my concerns. For those worrying about the procedure, I can tell you it isn't anything to be concerned about. Well worth the visit and my ear feels so much better! Thank you!

Justine was excellent, my ear wax was removed by micro vacuum in less than 5 minute, no mess or discomfort. My ear drums are now visible and hearing has greatly improve. I would highly recommend the procedure to anyone

The audiologist was patient and kind to my father who has dementia. She explained everything slowly and clearly and treated him with dignity and respect, whilst thoroughly caring for him and trying to resolve his issues. Well done and thank you.

Appointment for wax removal. History taken of problem then full explanation of procedure. Once treatment completed which was painless, further information given re problem suffering from. Letter to GP written for further examination at ENT hospital. Justine, nurse, was brilliant. Everything simply explained, potential causes given and next procedure re problem issued. Will definitely use again if required. Maidstone Kent branch.

My fourth appointment with the wonderful Justine for wax removal in less than a year. Being the professional that she is she has now referred me to ENT having diagnosed a potential problem. Where many other companies would continue to see you, at a fee, Hidden Hearing realise that further help is required and do their upmost to help. I honestly can not recommend Justine enough. It is a joy to visit her and the way in which she is able to restore hearing is like magic.

If removing ear wax can be described as an enjoyable experience, then Justine makes it as enjoyable as possible.

I have had ear wax problems for many years now, and at last decided to do something about it. went into their Maidstone branch and saw Justine, a loverly lady just before Christmas 2023, she tried very had but no luck removing any ear wax, she gave me some Earol Olive Oil which i used A LOT leading upto the second appiontment (included in the price) with her a few weeks later, This time success! ALL the wax was removed from both ears which i could see for myself on their wonderful gadget that looks like a smartphone and records video and pictures. Loverly staff and very happy with result.

Visited the Maidstone branch yesterday for a consultation. The whole experience was first rate. I spent nearly one hour whilst the audiologist was so kind and explained every step. I was amazed at the end of the consultation with what I had learnt which was without jargon. Thanks to everyone at Hidden Hearing for such a positive experience.

They took great care of my elderly parents putting them at ease and were very supportive and patient

I supported a 101 year old gentleman who wore hearing aids. His daughter received a Christmas Card for her dad, who passed away in May 2023. I contacted the Hidden Hearing office in Maidstone and spoke to Lisa to ask for the gentleman to be removed from their database. Lisa had a wonderful approach and empathised with me and full of apologies as she knows how upsetting this can be. Lisa is a true credit to Hidden Hearing and I would never hesitate in recommending the services that they offer to anybody.

I visited Hidden Hearing Limited on 01/11/2023 for my hearing test and must confess that my experience during this assessment with Darren Barnden was first class top notch.
His assessments and explanation of the situations were so reassuring that I will recommend this type of service to all. It was a worthwhile exercise and I say thank you to the team.
