The fact that I arrived a week early and I was assured it would not be a problem to fit me in. I was given a coffee while I waited and then I was given there usual friendly and expert service. The couple of problems I was having with my hearingvsids were resolved and I am delighted with the results and the kind service.

Using microsuction, she quickly and painlessly cleared a significant amount of wax, restoring my hearing almost immediately. The environment was calm, and I appreciated how she explained each step clearly. I highly recommend this service. Thank you for such excellent care!

Warm welcome at the door! Slightly worried as hadn’t had ear wax removed for a long time ! Nurse was absolutely brilliant! Explained everything she was doing in my language, showed me photos as she went, was very patient and took her time. Clarified that I would need to return in one week and why to allow a full job to be completed at no extra charge. Hearing already significantly improved , totally painless experience! Would DEFINITELY use again! One of the best customer service experiences in a long time!
