The team were really good and very attentive
Very friendly

Very thorough and friendly, explained everything beforehand and results were made clear.

I am writing on behalf of my Dad, who is 99 years old. Today he had his ears syringed by Matthew Errington. Dad said ‘He was a really nice man as well as being very good and efficient at his job’ Thank you Matthew as it is always wonderful to hear that Dad is happy with any treatment he receives.

I was a few minutes late to my appointment but the staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful and said it wasn’t a problem and still managed to see me.

From the first minute to the last the receptionist and
the consultant were polite and clear with thier guidance and answers to our questions.

Visited our local branch in Northampton with my father and was seen by Halema Begum.

She was very friendly,informative and knowledgeable about all aspects of hearing.

At no time did we feel pressured to buy their products.

Excellent experience at your Northampton branch especially from Halima the audiologist who fully explained the various options and process.

I am now 67 years old and thought it was about time I had my hearing tested, I contacted Hidden Hearing through an online advertisement offering a free hearing test.
I received a telephone call response to my request and identified the companies nearest branch where the caller arranged an appointment for me.
I received a follow up call from the branch and text reminders so that I didn’t miss my appointment.
The hearing test was very thorough and the gentleman administering the test and branch receptionist were very helpful and nice, I felt under no pressure or obligation to make a purchase and was in fact advised that I did not yet need hearing aid(s).
I was given the option of attending annually in future, so my hearing can be regularly tested, which I recently learned, like sight tests, is advisable as we grow older.
I received a first class free hearing examination and I am happy to recommend Hidden Hearing as a result of my experience.

Although I only went to pick up a hearing aid that had to be repaired I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and then taken in to see the audiologist Halima who as well as being very professional is also very friendly and helpful.

utmost care taken and everything explained when i had wax removal at home. Roopa Samani is a excelllent representative for Hidden Hearing as she made it seem so easy.

Very professional and excellent explanation of everything. Installed confidence in us that they really knew what they are doing. Would highly recommend. The only negative is the price of the hearing aids, although we realise that they are vastly superior to anything else on the market.

After missing my hearing check ups over the last couple of years due to covid. I was pleased to see Halema again to check my hearing and alter my Oticon hearing aid settings.Halema was so attentive,checking my ears, without any fuss she removed a build up of wax,reset my aids efficiently and sent me on my way with a big smile as usual. I hadn't realised how much I was overdue a visit! I definitely will not leave it as long next time!

there was a new girl working from your Northampton clinic. Her name was Rebecca she set my hearing aids to work via my phone and was very professional with her approach to the hearing test and has restored my confidence in hidden hearing. I have been a customer for approximately 9 years this is one of the few times that I have left my appointment happy with the service I have been given

My hearing aid cable had become detached from the unit. I went into the shop in Northampton thinking that the hearing aid would need to be sent away. The young lady in reception sorted out my aid very efficiently while I looked on. She was most pleasant and smiled nicely throughout the visit.
