Very helpful and informative appointment

Great help from Gavin again this year with an updated hearing test and aids programming accordingly.
What a difference, TV turned down 10 places👍😀

Gavin was both experienced and informative and made me feel at ease throughout the whole hearing test, analysis and product explanation process. I didn’t realise just how much my hearing could be improved with the most up to date hearing aids. Highly recommended!

My wife and I were treated with wonderful care from Gavin and Ann Marie the receptionist.Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Visited Hidden Hearing for first time on 18th September at 2 Mill St Perth and can highly recommend their services. Audiologist called Kerry couldn’t have been more helpful. Examined ears very carefully and using suction method removed wax very easily and painlessly from both ears. Had received very helpful emails on how to soften wax with olive oil spray before attending. The cost of £50 which covered both ears was by far the cheapest on offer ! Kerry also has a clinic on the last Thursday of the month in Stirling at The Podiatry and Audiology Services in Wallace House , Maxwell Place. During removal very clear images of before and after results shown to me and also forwarded to my GP.
Great relief to have found the excellent services of Hidden Hearing now that this treatment is no longer available on NHS. Many thanks Kerry.

Made to feel very welcome by the receptionist. The practitioner, sorry can't remember his name, gave us a warm welcome and took us into the room. He made sure we understood what the test involved, explaining each step as we went along. He also fully explained the results, telling us we had perfect and near perfect hearing. He advised we should get re-tested in a couple of years. Would definitely recommend this firm. No pushiness whatsoever.

Our second visit to see Kerry and the team, and care was excellent. From booking the appointment, to help getting access with the wheelchair, all given in a friendly and helpful manner. Kerry explained the procedure well and shared information regarding the examination as it progressed showing us before and after photos. Very happy with results and no hesitation in returning in the future.

Kerry was very professional with the wax removal and also suggested I contacted my dentist as I was experiencing pain by my left ear. I have since visited my dentist and have been giving useful exercises for the pain which may have happened because of a recent fall.

I was made to feel very comfortable and Daniel Merritt explained each step very clearly.
We had been advised by a friend that her experience with Hidden Hearing was good and I can agree with that
