From the initial contact I was well looked after, the staff were great things and what was going to happen was very well explained and the proceeds and results were also well explained, I was / am very happy with how I was treated.

The audiologist was friendly, professional and explained every part of the process fully and clearly.
She made me feel relaxed and comfortable with the whole process and explained the results of each part as well.

Everyone at Hidden Hearing in Perth are so helpful and very informative putting me at ease. They spend a lot of time with you, making sure everything is perfect.

Short waiting time for an appointment, taken before time and an efficient test and advice with an appointment for a follow up appointment after purchasing hearing aids.

Warm welcome, thorough test, was given good advice for actually wearing what l already have.

Excellent personalised attention from staff with an easy, relaxed atmosphere in which to share any problems you mat have and have your questions answered.

Andy was so professional and made me feel at ease during my appointment. He had a great sense of humour and gave lots of opportunities to ask questions. Everything was explained clearly and concisely and the actual service itself was so effective. I loved the technology he used to show me inside my ears!

Superb service
Superb service. I had a lot of wax in both ears: in fact, the wax was impacted in my left ear but it was removed comfortably. I would thoroughly recommend ear wax removal at Hidden Hearing.

And also a huge thank you to Gavin who looked after my hearing. He took the time to listen to me and to what I was looking for. Gavin was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive to my hearing issues. His customer care is exceptional. As a result, I have a terrific new pair of hearing aids and know he’s there if I need adjustments. Thank you

I booked an appointment for an ear wax removal procedure. The lady that greeted me was very nice and Andy (the person who performed the procedure) was highly skilled and overall very professional. They resolved my issue and I am so happy that I booked to get it done there. Would highly recommend!!

Kerry was lovely, patient and explained everything clearly. Wax removal was painless. A hearing test finished the process. I felt I was in safe hands throughout.

Twice I went to Hidden Hearing about my £2000+ hearing aids not working . the third time I went they wanted to charge me £350 to fix them. i'm off to the NHS now.

The Staff in the Perth branch, were most helpful, kind & considerate. Explained everything clearly and we have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with hearing issues.
