Arrived slightly late due to traffic, but was seen immediately! Careful examination and a hearing test!

My experience with previous audiologist’s were in the main poor, I came to this decision after having an appointment at Audika Peterborough. I was a new customer having recently transferred from another National provider. I was given a thorough examination and had tests that had Not been done by my previous suppliers. My aides were initially not functioning properly and were examined taken apart reassembled reprogrammed with new settings and I was also given a Truthful diagnosis of my hearing. Given good advice on what I had for options in the future. I left with aides that worked better than they ever had (due to correct diagnosis) my hearing was such that I could actually hear clearly.
I could have a reasonably good conversation without asking for a repeat and my partner remarked how different and improved a conversation now was.
I was absolutely overjoyed.

My audiologist was very thorough in conducting a comprehensive hearing test and assessing the suitability and effectiveness of my hearing aids. He cleaned and checked them and also made adjustments to the volume levels etc.
He also downloaded the new app on my phone for me and showed me how to use it. The level of service was excellent. Definitely deserving of 5 stars. *****

I receive regular check ups at my local Audika and I am always happy with the help I receive regarding my hearing aids.

Very professional consultant and staff at your retail outlet in Peterborough. Ear cleared of wax quickly. Your hearing aid was fabulous but extremely expensive at nearly £4000 for two or half that for one which is all I needed.. I will stick with my NHS aid but thank you.

Ruby and her assistant knew what they were doing and made a very good job of it. Everywhere was clean and tidy. She's a good girl that Ruby.

Appointment made to suit my timing and carried out very professionally. Clear and precise information given about where things were with my hearing compared to last year. Cleaned my charger ports and reset the aids to suit the level of hearing I have.

It is always a stress-free experience going to Hidden Hearing for my annual check up. The organisation of appointments is efficient, everyone there is pleasant and helpful, and the appointments never feel rushed, with clear explanations and helpful advice as necessary
