My appointment was with Hassan Jamil, he was friendly, polite and engaging, he explained what was going to happen step by step, showing pictures and data on his computer. The test was so comprehensive, it's the most thorough hearing test I've had to date. I so value Hassan's advice and recommendations after the test, Hassan is an honest man, so nice to have in this day and age

Went to Hidden Hearing in Rugby recently for ear wax removal, very pleased with treatment, Emma even rearranged an appointment to fit me in the following week as I need a second appointment. Very professional and clean, calm environment. Would definitely recommend and recommend visit when needed.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Rugby to have my ears de-waxed. The staff there are very welcoming, very cheerful and very professional which creates a very comforting environment. My de-waxing was carried out by Emma who explained every stage of the process and successfully removed all the wax from my ears. It usually costs £70 to de-wax both ears but it had been reduced to £50 on the day I was there so that was a bonus.
I highly recommend Hidden Hearing in Rugby.

I called the Derby branch at very short notice on the off chance they had a free appointment, after being let down at the very last minute by SpecSavers.
Unfortunately, they didn’t but Theresa was great and within 10 mins called me back and found me an appointment at Rugby. I know that sounds mad, but was perfect as I was that way with work.

The service I receive is amazing. Pram and Kerry are always there to help, nothing is too much for them. Kerry has excellent customer service on the phone, so helpful and considerate, and I have a great chat when I visit the branch. Pram is very knowledgeable, very thorough with his work and explains things in a simple manner. Very friendly ad helpful. Best investment I have made! Thank you.
