Appointment slightly late but otherwise everything was sunburn.

I was welcomed at the door by the staff who were friendly, they didn't take much time and got me straight in and caught up on the process and what to expect, I was especially pleased with Diane Cole for being so helpful and getting the job done, my ear canals were severly blocked up but thankfully she was experienced in this field of work, I was given clear instructions, and she got to work, I'm pleased to say she did a great job I'm very appreciative to have unblocked ears, would highly recommend, thank you, kind regards.

Booked free hearing test through Hidden Hearing and expected there to be a catch. However I was totally surprised by the professional way Joshua Devine conducted my free test. He was very friendly and explained the whole procedure to me putting me at ease. There was no catch, the test is completely free and very detailed. My results were explained and there was certainly no hard sell from Joshua. I would highly recommend this service.

First time having the removal of my ear wax, didn't know what to expect. Met a lovely lady called Diane, very welcoming, I was instantly put at ease. She explained everything through out the procedure, very professional. She made the whole experience really pleasant. So glad I went. Felt great afterwards. Really lovely practice. Janet the receptionist just so lovely, communication was second to none.

My husband has just had his annual hearing and hearing aid assessment. Joshua Devine tested him when he purchased hearing aids initially. He is patient and thorough and careful in adjusting my husband’s prescription and made sure that my husband is getting the best possible result from using his hearing aids.

Appointment was made easy with the receptionist and emails to confirm. I saw a really nice Lady called "Diane C" a lovely Lady. Would highly recommend if like me, you dont have the patience for the NHS to get round to seeing you. Cost 70 quid for both ears but cost is a flat and final fee so no hidden costs, and I also got a free hearing test as part of the treatment.

I have been a customer of Hidden Hearing for several years now and have always received top class service. Staff at the Southport Branch are always friendly, efficient and attentive. In particular I must mention Nadia who in this modern age still has that wonderful quality of providing fantastic great old fashioned customer service. She is a real asset to a great company. I had Diana C help me with my ears as I was almost deaf in one ear with ear wax ( I had managed to push wax on to my ear drum and was quite a job to clear out but what a fantastic lady job done perfectly and would recommend her to anyone with ear problems Thanks Dian

The process was smooth, comfortable and clearly explained by Diane, who was very professional throughout. Really well executed and I had all the wax removed necessary albeit my blockage seemed to have already cleared itself this time. Would recommend if you have any form of blockage or hearing difficulties

Quick, easy, and painless.
I phoned up, was booked in for a week later. The procedure was simple, completely painless, and now one of my ears isn't completely full of wax :)

A little pricey but the procedure was quick painless and efficiently carried out by Diane.

Had an appointment with the extremely helpful Diane at the Southport branch, she made sure I was comfortable and painless throughout the whole process, which I was. I have had a bad wax build up for 5+ years in the building industry, one of my ears was extremely bad and Diane made sure she cleared the ear today no matter how long it took, my hearing is the best it has ever been since I can remember and I can hear noises I have never heard. Also advised me of precautions to take throughout the next week or so due to sensitivity of my ears now. Thank you so much Diane.
