The appointment was on time and explanations were very clear.

Visited HH in Stafford today for a hearing test with Sameer. Everything was done in an efficient, professional and friendly manner. It was very easy and straightforward , I would strongly recommend.

Had my new hearing aids from the Hidden Hearing shop in Stafford.
Excellent service from the audiologist (Sameer Khan) who recommended the best type of hearing aids for my needs.
The aids themselves are the best that I’ve ever had. The bicross aid helps me to pick up sound on my left hand side for the first time ever. They are clearer and sharper than I could have hoped for. The scientific advances are marvellous.
They are expensive but worth every penny.

Visited the Reception Desk the week before, arranged the appointment date, lady on the desk very helpful.
On the day of the procedure I received clear instructions of what would happen, had no problems with the treatment. I had indicated prior to the treatment that I had narrow ear canals and this was confirmed when I was shown a photograph after the wax had been cleared. Very pleased with the result.

My husband John returned to hidden hearing after being ill. Sameer was very pleased to see him again after his illness. He gave John a thorough hearing test and explained everything he was doing and why. The whole experience was very relaxed and John was at ease. We would highly recommend going to hidden hearing if you need any help with your hearing. Excellent service that’s why I have given 5 Stars.

The staff at Stafford are very friendly and efficient. The receptionist, Michelle, put an anxious me at ease on arrival. All the staff are friendly and reassuring and explain what is going to happen. I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing.

I am so happy after my appointment with Georgina at Hidden Hearing in Stafford. A quick examination and wax removal with modern equipment, followed by the comfort of a hearing test - all very professionally and kindly delivered- and I’m now hearing clearly again, and free from discomfort.

Been for a hearing test today - first time since I was a child. The team at hidden hearing Stafford are friendly, helpful and very reassuring. Sameer and Michelle are really helpful and efficient and take you through the process step by step. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend HH Stafford. I visited the Stafford branch this morning and a very pleasant lady (who had driven all the way to Stafford from Bolton in foul weather !), removed wax from both my ears. She was very professional. I've had wax removed a few times over the years but this was the first time with Hidden Hearing, and I have to say they are the best yet. I shall definitely use them again!
