Richard at the Tunbridge Wells branch was extremely thorough. I was initially concerned that I might be “upsold” but Richard was totally professional and reassured me that I did not need hearing aids yet.

Visited Hidden Hearing in Tunbridge Wells with my mum today who has Alzheimer’s and suffers with debilitating tinnitus,
We had an hearing appointment with Jane, she was brilliant, Jane was so kind and understanding helping to phase questions differently if mum didn’t understand.
Jane was so knowledgable and honest,
Wouldn’t hesitate to go back in the future if needed, and would definitely recommend to others.

My daughter and I were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner. It was all explained very clearly to us.

Rachel Smith was positive, efficient and explained everything that she was going to do.
She was patient and kind as well.
The ear wax removal was simple, effective and pain free.

I had a basic hearing test done as well and again, Rachel was patient, leaving me do this without interrupting or asking if everything was alright.

I arranged my hearing test with Hidden Hearing after reading the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I wasn’t disappointed.

I received ample reminders and information via email, SMS and phone in advance of my appointment and had ample opportunity to ask any questions I may have.

Upon arrival I was welcomed by Alison and offered a coffee. Richard conducted the various tests, detailing the purpose of each one before clearly explaining the results. I felt very well looked after, informed and clear of the next steps.
