However only one model of hearing aid demonstrated (the most expensive) but many other models sold. No comparison provided.
Price 1/3 higher than what can be obtained elsewhere but sold on basis of service and after sales support

Normally I can find fault with anything. Hidden Hearing defeated me today: nothing about it could be improved.

I needed ear suction as I had a build up of wax and saw Justine Godden at the Tunbridge Wells branch. She explained each step of the process to me and was very professional and it was a successful appointment.

Hidden Hearing in Tunbridge Wells has easy wheelchair access with everything on one level. The staff are welcoming friendly and competent. On this occasion my elderly mother had ear wax removal conducted by Justine Godden an Ear Care Practitioner. She was extremely respectful, attentive and understanding with my mother and put her at ease, with a wonderful combination of skill & humour.
The procedure was conducted competently and successfully by Justine who was careful with a challenging extraction from both ears. My mother felt no discomfort and was given great after care advice to help prevent ear wax build up in the future.

A very good experience today. Justine was great and removed a pile of wax from my ears. Hearing is now much improved. Would definitely recommend the service.

Firstly I received a lovely reception from Kyra and no judgement for having blocked up ears. Very accommodating and understanding and I got an appointment for the same day.
I then met Justina who was so articulate and helpful and was very knowledgeable. My ears are a bit of a challenge as very narrow canals and bend strangely but Justine was up for the challenge. She absolutely saved my week as I am a psychotherapist so being able to hear is paramount. I also loved her humour and outlook on life and how she is so passionate about her job.
I can now be fully present to my clients and my family and I thank Hidden Hearing so much. I have booked in my next treatment for four months as I definitely want to keep on top of managing my hearing and it is so much easier to do a booking than with other audiologists that I have visited before.
