Comprehensive and well explained hearing check

Staff are helpful, al ways go in on time no delay’s . They explain what’s happening and what they are doing.

Very helpful and informative

My first ever visit to a hearing clinic and meeting Richard the Audiologist was a positive and educational experience. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, the hearing tests were quick and simple and results instant. Luckily for me I did not need any hearing aids but would certainly return to Hidden Hearing if I thought my hearing was deteriorating. I can highly reccomend this company for their professional approach.

Justine in the Tunbridge Wells clinic deserves a gold medal in ear wax removal for her persistence in getting rid of a really annoying piece of wax that was causing a lot of discomfort. Great service, thanks Justine

Justine is a miracle-worker! I returned from holiday with a badly blocked ear. Justine removed as much wax as she could and cleared my eardrum. This significantly improved my hearing but there was still wax. Rather than aggressively try to remove more she gave me an olive oil spray to loosen the wax before a second appointment. She then gently removed the remaining wax and checked my hearing at the second follow-up appointment (at no extra cost). I know other practitioners try to remove all wax in one appointment which can be damaging so I highly recommend Justine and the team at Hidden Hearing for their safer, gentler but thorough approach. Thank you!

Justine was a life savour!! I’m 40 years old & hadn’t ever had ear wax removal treatment before. I’ve always been hard of hearing but then got a bad blockage so had no hearing in my left ear. Justine really carefully explained the procedure to me then did a thorough & excellent job in curing me! I couldn’t believe it! The difference was incredible. She did the whole thing with great fun & personality aswell! Would highly recommend!

I’ve just had earwax removal done with Justine from Hidden Hearing. I have very small, very narrow ear canals, with lots of dry hard wax built up over a lifetime, thus presenting Justine with quite a challenge. She could have given up but she didn’t. She persevered and managed to successfully remove all of my very stubborn ear wax. She was very patient and very gentle and, in the end, her hard work and perseverance paid off. I am very grateful to her and would highly recommend her services.
