First time at HH, Worthing, so a little apprehensive initially but had a warm welcome and soon felt at ease in the calm atmosphere. Dee was very professional and experienced, with a nice personality. Wax-removal process was straightforward . I was listened to and had my questions clearly answered. Shall definitely be going to HH from now on. Highly recommended.

I was anxious about my appointment for ear wax removal but Dee was very friendly and went the extra mile to make me feel relaxed and safe. Thank you :)

Very pleasant experience where your representative
explained every step in a very clear way.

I’ve had microsuction before and been in and out of the practice within 5 minutes. Today Dee explained everything to me, asked all about my ear health and as well as removing the earwax gave my ears a full health check, including photos and advised that if there were any concerns I would be referred to an audiologist, and did a hearing test again if any concerns I would be referred. This was a very professional and comprehensive service. All with a smile too!

Excellent procedure and subsequent outcome by ear care practitioner.

I have been seeing Dee for ear wax removal for some time now. She is always very professional, explaining what she is doing and shows you the before and after videos she takes of your ears. I'll be returning again in the future - thanks Dee.

I received a leaflet for a free hearing test from Hidden Hearing, which they offer through their website as well and I decided to take advantage of it. My experience was very pleasant and I found out the state of my hearing. I definitely recommend taking their free hearing test.
