BEWARE. I bought an audio book from Audiobookstore.com. It stopped playing after a month but they keep charging for it again every month since then. So far they have charged me 6 times for the same book which doesn’t even work. I wrote 3 times asking them to stop but they kept quoting small print and refused to stop.

You cannot unsubscribe from this site, you cannot remove your credit card details either! I have been in contact with them and awaiting information. DO NOT USE

Gift certificate was purchased by mistake. Contacted customer service and asked for a refund as this was never meant to be purchased and advised they do not offer refunds. Stated no other companies offer refunds which is not true.

My mistake resolved
I made a couple of mistakes on two of my orders. One book was in the wrong language and I accidentally ordered two copies of the same book. I contacted Audiobooks and Tarah replied right away. Tarah was very helpful to resolve my mistake.

Fraudulently charges your credit card
This company performed an unauthorised charge on my card. They advertised the book 'Psychopath Free' for 9.95USD and I purchased the book on 28 April. They decided to conveniently charge me again on 20 May claiming I purchased the book on a "pass". I never signed up for anything like that nor did I authorise to be signed up for such a thing. I will be raising a dispute with my bank as this is a fraudulent charge.

It all works as advertised. I haven't yet done a deep dive into their collection, but I easily found what I was looking for. Whenever I've had to lean on support for app or account admin questions, they have been prompt and on the money! I'm very happy!

The Audiobookstore team has been spectacular
The Audiobookstore team has been spectacular- very responsive and personable! The app has a ton of titles and if I come across a title that I wish they had but don't, I shoot them am email and they try to get it. I listen to multiple books a week and they truly stand by their Love it Guarantee- if I end up buying a title that I start listening to and really don't like it they take it back and I get a different book. That's really important to me because as an audiobook you can't read a few sections to get a feel for the boom like you can when you're at an old style bookstore buying a paperback. I totally love this app! I listen during my 45 min commute to work, and sometimes while I'm at work, and even at bedtime instead of watching TV! I am finally able to soak in all the books I've never had the time to read by using the audio app to listen to them!

Getting my account deleted was a time waster
This company operates a web user interface and app that have subpar features in regard to account management and audio playback.
I had to contact a customer service representative to get my credit card removed and then I had to spend a additional time and make multiple requests to get my account deleted with a CSR indicating they had to "talk to management" several times. Finally, I was able to get it deleted via an email dialogue.
There app also lost track of where I left off in a book on several occasions and features such as playback speed [only .5 increments] are very limited. It also seems to stop downloading books on my phone when my screen is not on.
