Good customer service
Good customer service, only issue was the use of Evri for delivery (issues as always), but the team at Audio Installations were prompt and helpful with their replies.

The guys there are great. Ordered radio online, super speedy delivery. Radio was damaged but Russell at customer services was amazing, ups courier there the next day with replacement and to pickup damaged one. Cant ask for better than that. Unfortunately there was a problem with the replacement so I’m returning for a refund, which is down to the product!! They have been so helpful though out the process, nothing is too much trouble. Great company to deal with and i will be using again.

The radio I ordered arrived promptly but when it arrived I decided it wasn’t suitable for me. I called the company who promptly arranged for it to be collected the next day with no quibbles. Very pleasant and easy company to deal with.
