First of all, the transcripts in German are really good. And it is user friendly and relatively cost effective.
Today I had a problem with a transcript. And within 14 minutes the whole situation was solved and I had a new and correct link to the transcript.
Costumer support was not only quick, but also super friendly and professional.

It is really convenient and pretty accurate. I use this for storing conversations in raw state on personnel files. At just a few euros per transcript, this is very cost effective.

I tested quite a few transkription options. I would say 70% are of no use at all Audiotype is one of those with high quality. For me personally the costs are pretty high but i needed the material for my bachelor thesis besides that i am quite happy with the translation.

Sucks you in with a 'free trial' for 10x files, doesn't mention you need to pay for more than 60s of the file.
I'll absolutely avoid anywhere that uses marketing tricks like this
