Doctoral help
They transcribed 6 30 minute long interviews for my doctoral dissertation. I had to format it after the transcription but it cut my work from around 30 hours to about 3 hours. One file was giving them problems but they contacted me immediately. Then the costumer service continued to help until all files were done. I will forever use their services. The website is now saved as one of my favorites. By the way, the cost was very reasonable as well. Thanks guys!!!

Received file but required some extra steps
I ordered a file. It never came by email, but when they saw my previous 1 star review, they were able to work out the issue and then emailed me the transcript. What I would recommend is if they posted their customer contact on the website for things to get resolved.
