Wonderful e experience, my first time coming to this clinic, recommend by a couple of friends since I moved back to the country after being away for some years! The professionalism, kindness with a smiles and through the process was outstanding, everyone is so lovely, respectful and it does not compromise any customer services. Undoubtedly, this is the place to go and strongly and infinitely recommend, I look forwards to my next visit already! Thank you to all the amazing team, keep up the great work!

I had an appointment today and from start to finish was great. I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable staff were friendly. Michelle was brilliant can’t recommend her enough. She gives more than you would expect with her service and is an asset to the company. Thank you.

The treatment was carried out professionally and I was happy with the results. However while waiting in the waiting room a client came in and the member of staff asked what they were there for and when they didn’t answer, In front of a full waiting room the member of staff said with a smirk ooh i know what you’re having done. I found this very unprofessional. While I have booked in for another treatment client privacy is very important and I wanted to make this point clear.

I had 3D Cog threads and am so happy with the results. At almost 61 years old, and with a very aging neck, Chris had his work cut out but what a fantastic job he did. I was nervous, but he talked me through every single stage during the whole process so I had no unexpected surprises and felt safe and relaxed. I'm only 1 week post treatment but I already feel almost completely recovered with minimal bruising and swelling. I will definitely go through it again when the time comes.

First time being a training model and I’m already booked to go back in a couple of weeks. David that was on reception made everyone feel so welcome and at ease. The trainers were on hand to help the trainees when needed and everything was spotless and very professional.

Michelle made me feel so comfortable for what could be an embarrassing/uncomfortable procedure. She talked me through everything beforehand and continued to do so during too.

Just had my Botox and lips top up today with Chris, the results are amazing you walk out with your confidence sky high!! I’ve never had Botox achieve great results for me in the past however going to Chris has changed that :) the Botox worked on the second day and had froze all my more difficult areas that don’t usually take - it was like magic!!! Staff are lovely, Chris has time, patience makes you feel super reassured he’s funny too which definitely put me at ease :) I have also been a model for lips with aUk in the past and the results then was brilliant too! Booked appointments for myself and my wife 10:30 and 11am respectively.

35 minutes of sat waiting, we get called in for a joint consultation, something neither of us wanted, I left so my wife could have some privacy. The thirty minute consult to discuss and understand different services resulted in a 5 minute consult.

Literally spent more time waiting than actually seeing anyone.

I had the Skin Storm medical grade treatment done by Michelle today. Unfortunately, the machine wasn’t working, but Michelle still made it possible for me to receive the treatment. She was able to perform all the necessary steps manually and even gave me a discount afterward. The service was excellent, Michelle is very friendly and informative throughout each part of the process. I can’t wait to have more treatments done by her. My face looks and feels amazing!

I cannot thank Chris and his lovely assistant enough for their outstanding professionalism, warmth, and genuine care during my visit today. Chris truly took his time with me, explaining my treatment thoroughly and even discussing further options that could help with my MS. He was incredibly gentle and highly skilled while administering my vitamin D injection, making the entire experience comfortable and putting me completely at ease.
