I like this earbuds very much. I bought 2 sets and gave one to my sister. She is also very satisfied with it. The bass effect is very good.

Avoid avoid avoid. Scam. Pretending to be UK based company. But all crap their crap comes from China. After 2 month emails manages to get refund but minus 15% as i was not satisfied with the product! really😄 they send me cheap earbuds which worth 10£ on Temu. I don't understand how Klarna is supporting payments. Planning to write to them so they could remove they support to these scammers. If you had issue with Auralu I would recommend to contact Klarna so they would investigate them.

I was very excited when I saw it shipped, and I was also pleasantly surprised when I received it. The sound quality is clear and steady, and the vocals are prominent.

Under any circumstances do not deal with this company they are a massive scam and are getting away with it I have being trying to get a refund back for 2 months now 70 emails still getting nowhere there products are cheap and tacky

Headphones turned up broken. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered them. Absolute rubbish and looks like I won't get a refund. So lesson learnt.

This is a Chinese company selling a poor quality product, pretending to be a UK company offering a good value deal. Don't fall for this scam. Having realised something was off, I cancelled my order immediately only to be told the item had already shipped so couldn't be cancelled. Tracking info didn't work and they wouldn't provide a refund. When the item arrived I emailed them to return it, they offered me 5% compensation to keep the product, but no return info. When I insisted on returning it they eventually gave me a Chinese address and threatened that I would be responsible for paying the shipping, customs, handling fees and taxes. Months later and still no resolution, have now asked my bank to deal with it on my behalf. Stay well away.

I bought these half price headphones because of a decent review originally £218 got them for £109, to be honest utter crap, sound quality is tinny build quality looks like it could snap, low volume crap bass, rubbish noise cancelling. My £49 soundcore were better please avoid, utter crap not even branded on the headphones, stick with brands and not rubbish no one has heard off, don't tell me I don't know my stuff I collect headphones.

This product is a scam.

I stupidly purchased the product based on the the above review. When I ordered I then got some emails that didn't make sense so looked them up on here and saw all of the bad reviews. I then contacted the company to cancel my order which they did not do. I then asked them to provide the shipping information to return the item which they also initially refused to do.
When the product was delivered the packaging was clearly damaged in transit.
I tried to return but was again not provided returns information but was offered a 10% refund if I kept the headphones that were damaged.
How this company is allowed to operate I'm not sure as every interaction has been terrible and I'm sure in some ways illegal as they have constantly tried to obstruct a return.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering yesterday! I've tried canceling the order but no response. I placed after reading their fake sponsored review online. I knew something was wrong adter I checked YouTube and no videos whatsoever. No social media! Nothing! We need to stop these guys. I can see they have started working on their reviews! They are scammers! Don't patronize them!

Would not even give 1 star without going forward.
SCAM don't buy these headphones cheap not worth a toffee fake goods. I paid £109. A very disappointed son on Christmas morning

Chinese rip-off artists. Ordered without checking on TrustPilot first, stupidly. Confirm every comment - false Website - returns nonsense - cheap & nasty product quality & expensive into the bargain. Do not buy from these horrible people.

Don’t even deserve a star I saw these reviews too late so first asked for a refund as they had not been dispatched they said they couldn’t as it’s already been shipped so I asked 3 TIMES for a return address they stalled so I found one on the packaging I sent it to them and sent proof of postage to this waste of space of a company and they are now quick to say it should be sent to their address in china and that I’m responsible for cost blah blah blah I bought them through Klarna so payment is paused. I’m shocked Klarna have associated themselves with this pathetic company so if this review helps at all from stopping someone even looking on their fake website then I will be happy.

I am glad I used Klarna as payment was paused and I did not give up fighting these rip off merchants that in the end I took a 15% loss so I lost £14 and not £98 these scammers need to be stopped and I hope they will

I was in a rush, looked up a review for headphones and this was a top result on a scam sponsored page on Google. Ended up buying them (the .co.uk domain helped fool me) and only afterwards finding the Trustpilot reviews warning about the scam. Everything people are warning of on this page is true.

I tried contacting customer support to cancel the order and get a refund - they replied a few days late saying it's impossible because it's already in transit (I was shown a screenshot of a website all in Chinese, no idea what it said), and that I should "try" again getting a refund once it arrives.

Once it arrived, I contacted them again asap to get instructions on how to return and be refunded - they replied late again, stalling by asking why I wanted to refund.

Lesson learned about being in a rush, but that doesn't excuse the scammy behaviour. This company should not be allowed to operate in the UK.

This company is not what it seems. Listed on a UK website but item ships from China so returning the item is a nightmare which is what they're banking on. Save yourself the heartache and but the same thing on Amazon for £20. Ripped off you 15 year old son who was extremely disappointed.

DO NOT BUY these headphones. The company are using a sponsored review site to make false claims about the quality of the headphones. After realising I had been duped, I tried to immediately cancel my order but I have been ignored with the transaction being processed.

If I could give minus I would. Poor product, cheap and and uncomfortable. Want youvti oay full cost, plus import duty to return to China. Not a UK seller as indicates. Apauling is the politest thing I can say about thus company.

The Bluetooth headphones don’t even turn on, and the instructions just said you have to plug in a 3.5mm cable. I see these reviews just a little to late unfortunately.
It is a scam and if anyone knows how to report them to the Chinese authorities, please do. I can’t imagine the web address will be up for much longer. Just think of the things these scammers could do for good, if they put in as much effort as they do scamming people

This 5 star rating is for people here warning you about bad experience of the product and the company.I was on verge of buying Auralu earbuds but now I won’t after reading many negative comments here.Actually this earbuds had top ratings in one website compared with few others so I was impressed.I wonder whether to believe this supposed to be honest reviews? Good job I searched here

Every negative comment previously stated about Auralu and their products is true. Fake UK revue site promoting what turns out to unbadged Chinese products. Impossible to cancel or deal with as they are deliberately difficult & obtuse. Criminals pretending to be a real company. Do not touch with a barge pole!
