Concerns addressed quickly

My concerns were addressed quickly and kindly. I was unsure if my earrings would arrive in time for my wedding. I was assured they would and even got the anticipated shipping date.

Did NOT provide any useful information…

I placed my first order on 3/26 and did not receive any status updates until 3/31! And that's only because I sent them an email asking for status, which, by the way, took them 3 days to respond to! When I finally got a response, the agent did NOT provide any useful information whatsoever! Basically, all they said is that they'll look into it! USELESS!

Good, not great

So, ultimately the customer service was good, but when I reached out initially and just wanted to exchange a 7 inch bracelet for a 6 inch, I got a Pat answer from someone saying that it was outside your 15 day window. If the person would’ve read what I wanted and processed what I was asking for, it would’ve been a five star experience. I love your products, but was a little disappointed in that initial response.

📬 Shitty delivery service 🖕USPS 👎

I'm still waiting to receive my item sadly to say. It was supposed to arrive today 03/28/2026 but sadly to say you all use USPS which is the worst 😞 way to send ppl their items FEDEX/ UPS would never take as long as USPS shitty delivery service. They don't deliver mail on Sunday so that's out of the question. Now I'm stuck hoping and praying that it comes Monday. Bottom line get a better delivery service cause USPS suck and that's why I'm giving you guys no stars 😤🖕👎 I'm pissed 😡😡😡😡😡
