Beautiful Quality Jewelry and Excellent Customer Service

I reached out to the Aurate team because after opening the box and pouch, I couldn’t find my custom-made necklace. The team was very responsive and understanding. When I began taking pictures to send, I found the necklace tucked into a corner of the pouch. I emailed the team (on Saturday afternoon) and they sent a lovely email back. I love the quality of the Aurate pieces I have, and appreciate the excellent customer service.

The worst experience trying buy here…

The worst experience trying buy here for my wedding if you see this comment don’t buy anything from here, the worst costumer service, the cancel my order like 15 times! 15 times, I send a proof of my ID wasn’t enough for them, I was planning to spend almost $2000.00 I reach out for help and they just said “For security purposes, we are unable to disclose any reasoning behind our decision. At this time no further action can be taken on our end.” my wedding is on the 18th I was paying 1 day ship , so please guys if you see this just go to other store where costumer’s are first, my home base is FL , now I’m leaving in CA because of work so my card have the address of my home in FL , so for them is enough reason to cancel my order because for them doesn’t make sense, avoid this store!!!!

Do not shop with them!

I got a ring with diamonds around it a while ago. One of the diamonds fell out, so they asked us to send it back in for a fix. Well.. repair took over 3 months.. We finally got it back after following up multiple times, and within a week or two, it happened again. We requested a refund, and they said they won't give us our money back. So all we could do is send it back in again. Again, we waited a good amount of time and had to follow up a few times. They sent it back, and..... they didn't even fix it. It came with the exact hole with the diamond missing in the exact same place. This place is low quality.

Edit: We reached out to customer service many times without a proper fix other than sending it back in for repair.
