Do not shop with them

Do not shop with them!

I got a ring with diamonds around it a while ago. One of the diamonds fell out, so they asked us to send it back in for a fix. Well.. repair took over 3 months.. We finally got it back after following up multiple times, and within a week or two, it happened again. We requested a refund, and they said they won't give us our money back. So all we could do is send it back in again. Again, we waited a good amount of time and had to follow up a few times. They sent it back, and..... they didn't even fix it. It came with the exact hole with the diamond missing in the exact same place. This place is low quality.

Edit: We reached out to customer service many times without a proper fix other than sending it back in for repair.

Stones started falling out of the ring…

Stones started falling out of the ring within a month and a half of wearing. Don't worry though, only $60 for them to fix the mistake they made in the first place!

The person assisting me, Edmar, responded quickly and clearly-my issue was immediately resolved. I’m confident the issue I encountered with a bracelet I purchased was a fluke thing! I’m very grateful for the courteous service I received!

Ring Saga

When I did finally get ahold of someone, Arthur did provide great customer service and was helpful. However, it should not have taken almost three months for me to receive my order and over a month to hear back from someone. Most companies would have offered a coupon code or something and they did not. Overall, happy I’m finally receiving my order and Arthur was very nice but I am still disappointed and will probably never purchase from Aurate again.

I ordered a necklace not to long ago…

I ordered a necklace not to long ago which I'm sure is beautiful in person. The reason for my 3 star rating is because I have gone back to the site multiple times to try and purchase 2 more pieces and it gives me a notice of "we can't deliver to that address" which by the way is TX. I have contacted them and I got some fluff answer without resolution. Safe to say not a repeat customer. I have switched over to Etsy.
