I ordered a necklace not to long ago…

I ordered a necklace not to long ago which I'm sure is beautiful in person. The reason for my 3 star rating is because I have gone back to the site multiple times to try and purchase 2 more pieces and it gives me a notice of "we can't deliver to that address" which by the way is TX. I have contacted them and I got some fluff answer without resolution. Safe to say not a repeat customer. I have switched over to Etsy.

Beautiful, Quality Necklace

I love my Aurate gold vermeil paperclip necklace! It is beautiful and is quite sturdy and solid - so klutzy me doesn't have to worry about breaking it! ha ha I can wear it daily with no worries, which is super nice!

"Fulfillment" means ship date; months long delivery wait, and ignored cancellation requests...

I purchased three items on November 28th.
-Lab-grown white sapphire huggie earrings arrived Dec 9 with a broken clasp—returned
-Round gemstone solitaire necklace: After a significant amount of time with no updates, I requested a cancellation. The request was acknowledged but not honored.
-Marquise stud earrings not delivered until Feb 3rd: I requested a cancellation, but forgot to include the reason. They shipped the item soon after my incomplete cancellation request. The earrings took 11 days to arrive, leaving 3.5 days to initiate a refund.

Key Things to Know:
-Stay in contact - If you don't follow up on your order, it may sit for months without shipping.

-Cancellations aren't guaranteed - Even complete cancellation requests may not be honored. If you submit an incomplete request (missing information they ask for), they may ship the item immediately thereafter.

-"Fulfillment" means ship date, not delivery date -
You have 15 days after "fulfillment" to request a refund. If shipping takes weeks, you may have little to no time left to examine the product and request a refund.

-During the return process, you will be prompted to choose refund or store credit. This does not mean you will receive a refund. If they determine you are ineligible for a refund, you will get an email with a store gift card a week or so later.

About the Product:
When I made my purchases, I was looking for non-synthetic diamond alternatives, but these lab-grown white sapphires don’t have that aesthetic. Compared to diamonds, they’re more dull–lacking clarity, color, and sparkle– lovely in their own right, just not what I was looking for.
