So glad I made an impulse purchase
Do I need or can I afford a tennis bracelet right now? No! But Yolo. After I ordered my emerald one, I got an add for an ombre one, which is why I'd initially been looking for. I sent an email to customer service asking to swap, as my order had not been fulfilled yet, and everyone on the communication team was great and Jessah was particularly kind and helpful and got the order swap in. I'm excited to wear my new bracelet at my Unbirthday Party in a couple weeks.

I did not realize, "Made to Order" was going to take a month or so. I realized I had not received any communication so I reached out to Aurate. Within 12 hours I was told the "Made to Order" status and the expected ship date.

Lead time was awkward
I ordered a made to order ring in mid november, aware that it might not ship until 1/8. On 12/24 i was made aware that there was a quality control issue that required a new anticipated ship date of 1/20. On 1/21 I inquired about the status since it hadn't shipped. It seemed like my inquiry was necessary to prompt the shipment of the ring on 1/22, received by me on 1/28. For a gift ordered in plenty of time, the 11 week lead time made it very awkward. The end result was a beautiful ring (though slightly not round). I DO greatly appreciate the quality control, but if a remake is necessary, perhaps it can be given more priority?
