Superb quality and service
Ordered a gold Russian wedding ring in a special size using the free ring sizer sent to me for free. I’m delighted with the ring quality and cannot praise the service more highly. Delivery was quick and lovely packaging including the complimentary gold cloth. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and order from Auree again.

Excellent experience! I was so pleased when I saw the earrings I’ve ordered. A simple stud but a good size and very well made. Also the stone is such a good quality. It was a present and the recipient was very pleased with them.

One of the posts on my earrings broke unexpectedly. Auree were brilliant in their after sales service. I sent the earrings back, unfortunately it could not be repaired so I was offered a replacement. Really pleased.

What a customer service
Bought russian style ring as pressies for my missus. It was size too big. Emailed customer service asking for return and exchange for size smaller. They were happy to assist and I returned ring. New one arrived pretty much immediately. I really appreciate your help guys!
