Not Australian, shoddy Chinese site

This company claims to be Australian, involved in dog rescue etc. don't fall for it. I got a dog jumper, eventually, took a month, supposed to be in Australia. I checked the tracking in the receipt email...... Awaiting in Woohan! So clearly Chinese based. I tried several times to contact them using the email address in the receipt, returned "undeliverable". I tried their website to contact them, again nothing! I wanted a refund, but looks like a learning experience. Still trying through PayPal & have reported to ACCC. I even checked the address provided on their website, naturally google maps showed it to be an electrical shop, OMG!
