I have purchased now three rings from…amazing service
I have purchased now three rings from this amazing company. I’m ordering a bracelet, earrings and more. The customer service is very high. They go way far above others for my needs. I couldn’t find such service anywhere. This is both in Scotland and Australia. Nancy the area manager in Australia is a god send. Love you guys.

Excellent, attentive service from Lauren. Her advice and guidance allowed me to pick my perfect ring. Suzann was amazing to deal with, try here first before anywhere else
Suzann was amazing to deal with, made everything so easy. Went in for an appointment to view engagement rings and come out with an engagement and two wedding rings.
Really made it so easy in what we were looking for and not, well I come out with a completely different ring then I imagined. But I actually love it and can’t wait to wear it and the engagement ring is out of this world.
Try here first, it will be 100% worth it.

Excellent experience and flawless customer service (and diamonds!)
Jaclyn and the team made the process of picking out an engagement ring for my fiancée a fantastic experience. I was given guidance on all of the styles and options available which helped me hone in on the perfect ring.
When size alterations were required they couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. Nothing was ever a problem for the team and we got it right in the end!
The new store is stunning and I'm sure will add to the overall experience. We'll be back for a free cleaning or just a coffee to catch up!

A Great Experience All Thanks to Suzann
I want to recognise Suzann in the Glasgow Argyll Arcade who made buying an engagement ring so simple and easy for me when I visited in October last year. I went in with an idea in mind but with no real confidence in what my options were in terms of finer detail. Suzann took the time to explain what all of the options were and took a keen interest in my partners likes and dislikes to ensure I ended up with the most suitable ring. Suzann was open and honest with me around cost and even suggested lower cost options if they would not impact the overall quality. Excellent professional service throughout. Suzann, Jaclyn and Lauren were all very helpful. I was ordering 2 pairs of diamond stud earrings. I ordered them online after looking at different options in the show room. Friendly helpful service throughout and took time to go through and check I was happy with the order on collection. Great experience start to finish!
I had a great experience in store with Lauren. Whilst being friendly and professional she was able to explain each element of picking the ring from the carat to clarity etc. This meant I felt comfortable and confident I was making a good choice! Lauren also helped make sure I got the right size of ring which I was unsure of! I ordered at a busy time and they made sure that the order was marked as urgent so the ring could arrive in time and it actually arrived a couple days ahead of schedule. Never felt pressured to go for one option or the another, Lauren provided me the information on each element and I was able to make an informed decision. A daunting prospect beforehand, Lauren and Austen & Blake ensured that I had a great experience and importantly a successful one as my now fiancée loves her ring!

Amazing Experience
I recently visited to purchase an engagement ring with my fiancée, she was able to choose exactly what she wanted, and the staff were great, and really friendly.
When we went to collect it, the ring was slightly too tight, the staff were amazing, they re-measured my partners finger, and sent it back for resizing, and they also put a rush on it. Amazing customer service.
When we came back to collect it, it fit perfectly, and again, the staff were so friendly, especially Jaclyn, who really made us feel so welcome and made us aware of all the aftercare etc.
Looking forward to going back before our wedding to get the ring cleaned.

Highly recommended
I visited the shop to purchase a diamond necklace in memory of my parents who I lost in the last year. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and guided me gently through the process to ensure I got the correct piece. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Would definitely go back if I was purchasing another piece.

Great Service, Quality & Price
Recently purchased an engagement ring from Austen & Blake in Glasgow and couldn't be happier with the service received and the quality of the product - my partner loved it! Phyllis was knowledgeable and really helpful in helping me pick out the perfect ring and was very responsive to my emails with any and all questions I had. For the high quality of the product, the price was excellent, especially since I managed to get my purchase completed coincidentally during the Black Friday sale!
The ring needs resized as my best estimate wasn't quite a perfect fit for my partner, but she wanted to keep it over Christmas to show all her family so A&B kindly extended our free resizing time window into February.
Would 100% recommend anyone in the market for an engagement ring to check out Austen & Blake!

Brilliant Customer Service
Ordered an engagement ring in October for a trip to Iceland in November. I was worried that the ring would not make it on time but the customer service team were excellent and done everything they could to make sure that the ring was delivered on time including arranging for me to borrow a ring from a store as a back up. The ring came on time and my fiancée loves it! Brilliant service from start to finish!
