Brilliant service and experience
We had such a brilliant experience at A&B Liverpool. We popped in on a whim without an appointment, and Aimee very kindly made time for us, which we were so grateful for.
I had an idea of the ring I wanted, but Aimee really helped us narrow it down to the right carat size and stone quality. Her guidance was so helpful, and we left feeling completely confident that we had chosen my dream ring.
The service was incredible from start to finish. We felt listened to and genuinely valued throughout the process.
I would 100% recommend A&B Liverpool, and especially Aimee. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

The employees at Austen & Blake were extremely helpful. They have a plethora of knowledge and simplify everything for you. My son walked away after his initial consolation with a full understanding of what he wanted. They answered all of his questions via email and went above and beyond to help facilitate purchasing the ring that his girlfriend wanted. Me and my partner went to Liverpool for the night, we had been looking on the Austen and Blake website, so whilst we were there we called into the Liverpool store, we were advised at the time they had a client due in for collection so we returned 20 minutes later, after having a chat with a young lady (sorry can’t remember her name) we ended up with a design and a engagement ring on order, she was very thorough and described everything and listened to all the questions I had asked… engagement ring was ordered at Liverpool and collection is at Newcastle, would recommend and will return for our wedding ring, over the moon.
