All staff was extremely helpful from booking, designing and collecting the engagement ring. I would highly recommend to anyone who isn’t fully sure about what ring to get, Aimee was a great help to me :)

Outstanding customer service by Thomas. Excellent communication throughout the process and really helped us out when we got the sizes wrong. We won’t shop anywhere else for jewellery now. Highly recommended.

Tom has been great and friendly from the start of choosing our wedding bands, to getting them ordered and collected, and making plans for the future of any re-sizing and polishing needs before our wedding. Everything has been explained well in person and communicated over email for future reference.

This was my second visit, and Tom was wonderful! He patiently showed us all the different options for earrings and bracelets that met our requirements. We ordered the earrings and picked them up yesterday — the service was excellent. Tom was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process. Highly recommend!

At our first appointment the advisor was very professional, was obviously knowledgeable about all the rings and designs and the ring building process. He had plenty of time and we never felt rushed in anyway. We were offered refreshments and I was able to adjust the ring purchase as required. They gave an accurate timeline of the manufacture and this was spot on in terms of the collection date. This process was smooth, including emails and personal calls. On collection, everything was ready and the advisor again thoroughly professional. We are very happy with our purchase and would definitely use again.

Collecting my wedding ring was simple and straight forward. The actual ring is stunning and fits perfectly.

Aimee made us feel at ease and like our custom was valued when originally looking at rings and it was such a personal service as we had our own timeslot to look at as many styles as we liked whilst even being offered Prosecco. Then I ordered the ring with Aimee over the phone and when I collected this in store again the service was first class and the ring was absolutely stunning and left me speechless. We will be definitely coming here to get our wedding rings.
