I was made to feel very welcome and put at ease by staff, especially Tom.

I was extremely nervous about picking a ring before coming into the shop but Tom made the whole experience a day to remember and felt instantly like I was in good hands.

I have been dealing with Tom who has helped me pick out and customise an engagement ring and his help and support has been great! The ring arrived and is exactly what my fiance wanted and more.

The team at A&B Liverpool have been so accommodating every step of the way, thanks!

Tom and the team where highly professional from the moment I walked through the door! There was no hard sell and helped me through picking the perfect diamond engagement ring and diamond pendant. As the pendant was a surprise tom and the team where exceptional in keeping it a secret and making sure not to inform my wife to be!

Excellent customer service, always extremely helpful and friendly.

Visited Austen and Blake Liverpool to help pick out a friends engagement ring with her partner. Patrick was extremely helpful from the start and talked us through all our options. We ended up picking a bespoke design and he kept in touch with us through every stage of the process. Proposal went amazing and she could not be happier with the ring! Could not have done it without Patrick’s help.

I purchased my ring from Aimee, she was so helpful and friendly. She showed me a range of rings and helped me in choosing a ring which really suits my engagement ring.

Aimee was extremely helpful and friendly. We shopped around for the jewellers with the right feel. We were starting to give up hope when we found A&B.

Amiee Was Happy and helpful for a drop in appointment was able to accommodate me. I was a little disappointed that the store didn’t stock virtually all the staking rings I was looking to try but Amiee help he choose and purchase online with her and brought other rings out that would mimic width and depth of ring.

Aimee from the Liverpool store could not have been more helpful, she was absolutely brilliant in all the advice given and her customer service was spot on. Very newly engaged couple with no idea with anything ring related, Aimee guided us very well.

Patrick was incredibly helpful, kind and understanding helping me and my partner pick out our rings. He's incredibly patient and kind throughout the whole process and is quick to reply to emails or call if you have any issues at all. I would definitely recommend the store and Patrick.
