Super helpful staff, easy to deal with and assist in what i was looking for.
I was looking for a pair of diamond earrings for my daughters special 18th birthday. The staff offered me different options, explaining the diamond clarity, styles, prices etc, the earrings we decided on they didn't have at there store but were able to order them in for us quickly from another. Pleasant staff who were happy to help.

The staff at the Newcastle Eldon Square store made the whole process incredibly easy and really enjoyable.
I walked in as a 24 year old man who had zero knowledge of what anything was or meant but knowing roughly what I wanted and left having had a crash course in Diamonds and what to look for. Hazel’s help here was exceptional and I knew exactly what I needed and what I was looking for.
I went away and did some research into some potential diamonds and popped back in and spoke to Jessica who helped me choose my band and top 3 diamonds which I gladly selected.
When I collected my ring from Jessica, I was over the moon with it! My fiancé couldn’t believe the ring I presented to her and is looking forward to coming back to select our wedding bands.
Again, I cannot thank the team there enough, the service from start to finish was nothing but outstanding!

Engagement Ring Purchase
Bought an engagement ring from Austen & Blake a month or so ago and the service was very friendly, informative and they had a much wider selection at a much more reasonable price than a few other places I looked. The main thing is my fiancee loves the ring and I couldn't be happier with the choice they helped me to pick out! Top quality service - wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else looking for engagement rings or jewellery of any other kind.

Fantastic!! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else!
Went in to check for ring sizes but ended up creating our own personalised ring. We were seen by Jess who was really lovely and accommodating to what we were looking for. She showed us a few rings to what we were asking and helped us design the perfect ring. Jess’s expertise really shone through. After quite a few changes to the design and process, we created our perfect ring, thanks to the patience of Jess. Later went back and ordered some diamond earrings too. All the staff were super helpful and did everything they could to make sure our day was perfect and everything was ready on time.

Excellent service in Newcastle
I went to the Newcastle store today. Instantly felt welcome and it had a lovely calm atmosphere. Jason the store manager was very helpful and very understanding even though we were running a little late. He went into lots of detail and explained the attributes of my beautiful engagement ring. Fabulous service would highly recommend
In August 2023 I visited the Newcastle branch after viewing the company website. I was looking for a bespoke emerald cut diamond engagement ring. Manager Jason and Senior sales consultant Sophia were really friendly and helpful and ordered a sample ring to be made. The process took a few weeks in total, more samples until I had the perfect size and style decided, including a matching wedding ring. Nothing was too much trouble and no obligation to purchase. My finished rings arrived just before Christmas and are absolutely stunning and unique. I’ve had several compliments about them. The finished rings had both been to the assay office but one would not have been hallmarked before Christmas because of how busy the assay office was. It was extremely thoughtful of staff to have the rings brought in store so I could have them for Christmas. I had the choice to have my jewellery delivered straight to my home or collect in store. It was also easy to arrange for the hallmarking to be done after the Christmas rush in February 2024 which only took a week to return and was again offered a courier service or in person within store.

Lovely experience
We had a lovely experience choosing an engagement ring. The one we chose was a bit unusual and we were able to have it made to my fiancée’s tastes. I was surprised to learn they do other gems as well as diamonds. Sophia was lovely and explained all the options really well. We are over the moon with the outcome.
